- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was visiting from Texas and my dog started feeling badly with stomach problems. I didn't have an appointment but walked into Tidewater Vet Saturday morning and asked if they could fit me in since I was returning to Texas at 6 am and wouldn't be able to get Denny to see a vet dr for two days since that is how long it takes to drive there The receptionist said she would check with the doctor. She returned and said she would have to charge the price for an emergency visit even though it was not after hours which was over $100 just to walk in and see a doctor and didn't include medication or lab work. It is really pathetic that they would price gauge me since I had limited options due to the weekend. I would not recommend this place.November 08, 2017by K Miles
